Background of This Project
Technical intern trainees have a variety of problems when working in Japan. The details of these problems vary from small to large. On the other hand, they often do not know where to turn for advice when they have problems, and this often leads to trouble.
The fact that we are “of the same generation” makes us an environment in which it is easy to consult with us, which is one of our greatest characteristics. We provide a platform where technical intern trainees can consult with us about anything from small to big issues.
Features
Consultation → Solution
For consultations that can be resolved by our organization (such as general advice on life in Japan), we will resolve the issue through online or face-to-face meetings, etc.
In particular, the loss of wallets and residence cards, human relations with Japanese people in the host company or union, etc. are among the most common issues consulted.
Connection to appropriate support organizations
For problems that cannot be solved by our organization alone (e.g., disappearance cases, problems at host companies, etc.), we will connect you to the appropriate support organization and interpreter. We serve as the “face” of the first stage, where you can feel free to consult with us without worrying.
Continuous Support
Our organization offers Japanese language classes (face-to-face and online) and community exchange events as a separate project. We provide ongoing support to help those who come to us for consultation become familiar with the community.
